Pt. B.D. Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak issued a notification for Recruitment of Various Posts against Advt. No. 1/2024. Eligible Candidates who fulfill all eligibility criteria can apply on prescribed format of Application obtained from the HDFC Bank, Model Town Branch, Rohtak.
Applications are invited for the following temporary posts but likely to be continued of Pt. B. D. Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak on the prescribed form obtainable fromthe HDFC Bank, Model Town Branch, Rohtak on cash payment of Rs. 400/- for General Category male candidates and Rs. 200/- for female candidates (Haryana domiciles only) and Rs.100/- for Reserved Category male candidates (Haryana Domiciles only) and Rs. 50/- for reserved category female candidates (Haryana domiciles only) or by crossed Indian Postal Order in the name of the
Controller of Finance, Pt. B. D. Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak by post. Candidate must clearly state the name of the post for which form is required and also give his/her name and
address in block letters. If the form is required by post, a self-addressed envelope (23x10 cm), duly affixed postal stamp worth Rs.40/-, may be sent alongwith the request. Lower and upper age limit for the posts is shown against each category. Upper age limit is relaxable by five years for candidates of SC/ ST, BC, SBC including Economically Backward Classes recognized in Haryana and by ten years for PH. In addition, the age is relaxable for ESM & certain other categories as per Haryana Govt. rules/ instructions issued from time to time. The candidates who are already working on contract basis will be given relaxation in age to the extent of their contractual service rendered in this institution only provided they fulfil the required qualification and experience for a particular post. The candidate who is already in Govt./Semi Govt./Corporation or Autonomous Body Service should apply through proper channel and he/she may send his/her advance copy of application to avoid delay but the application through proper channel should reach in due course of time or he/she must produce ‘No Objection Certificate’ at the time of interview otherwise he / she will not be
allowed / considered for interview.
2. Submission of incomplete application form i.e. without attested copies of testimonials/academic certificate/ experience certificate or unsigned application form etc. may render the candidate ineligible.
3. Number of posts is liable to increase or decrease either way, including complete withdrawal, without assigning any reason.
4. The benefits of reservation and fee will be given only to those SC/BC-A/BC-B/PHC/SBC/EBPG and ESM and outstanding sportsperson candidates who are domicile of Haryana state. The SC/BC-A/BC-B/PHC/SBC/EBPG candidates are required to submit SC/BC-A/BC-B/PHC/SBC/EBPG certificate
duly issued by the competent authority at the time of interview. Likewise, the outstanding sportspersons shall be required to produce the sport gradation certificate as per Govt. Instructions
duly issued by the competent authority. DESM shall be required to produce the fresh Eligibility Certificate duly issued by the respective Zila Sainik Boards at the time of interview.
5. The abbreviation GC stands for General Category, SC for Scheduled Castes, BC for Backward Classes, EBPG for Economically Backward Class, SBC for Special Backward Classes, PH for physically handicapped, ESM for Ex-Serviceman and DESM for Dependent of Ex. Serviceman
6. The posts of reserved categories will be filled up as per latest Govt. instructions applicable/ issuedfrom time to time.
7. In case any candidate belonging to Scheduled Castes and Backward Classes or any other reserved category applies against General Category post, he/ she should fulfil the conditions of eligibility
regarding age/application fee etc. as are meant for General Category candidates (as per Govt. Instructions).
8. If the applications are received more than three times of the advertised posts then the candidates maybe called for interview after holding the written/ screening test or on the basis of marks of relevantacademic qualifications in the ratio of 1:3 (for a single post 1:5). The decision of the appointing authority in all matters relating to acceptance or rejection of application, eligibility / suitability of the candidates, mode and criteria for selection etc. will be final and binding on the candidates.
9. The employees already working on contract basis in this institution may appear for written/ screening test wherever applicable; however, they may be given opportunity to appear for the interview
10. The prescribed qualification, experience & age limit shall be reckoned as on the last date of receipt of applications.
11. Candidates, who have obtained degrees or diplomas or certificates for various courses from any institution declared fake by the University Grants Commission or not recognized by Department of Education, Haryana shall not be eligible for being considered for recruitment to the posts advertised.

Experience:-3 years work experience as Data Entry Operator/Computer Operator in Public Sector/University/Company (Public Ltd.). Preference will be given to the candidates possessing higher qualification.

(i) Graduate from a recognized University (For Ex-Serviceman having pensionable service and 1st Class army certificate OR having Graduation Certificate issued by the competent authority of Defence Services)
(ii) Candidate will be required to qualify a speed test at 9000 key depressions in
English or 7500 key depressions in Hindi per hour.
(iii) Knowledge of Hindi/ Sanskrit upto Matric Standard.
Age Limit : 18-40 years.
Note :- The candidate shall have to qualify the State Eligibility Test in Computer Appreciation and Applications (SETC) within the probation period of two years extendable by one year. The candidate appointed against the post of Clerk in the Group-C shall not be entitled to earn any increment in his/her pay scale till he/ she qualifies the said test failing which the services of such employees shall be dispensed with.

Pay Scale: Rs. 9300-34800 + 4200 Grade Pay + allowances as sanctioned by the
University from time to time
Educational Qualification:
(i) Matriculation OR its equivalent from a recognized University/Board with Hindi
/Sanskrit as a compulsory subject.
(ii) Certificate in General Nursing and midwifery from a recognized institution OR
equivalent qualification from an institution recognized by the Indian Nursing Council.
OR
Any recognized higher qualification (B.Sc/M.Sc. Nursing)
(iii) Should be registered A –Grade Nurse and midwife with Haryana Nurses Registration Council.
