Indian Air Force Recruitment for Group 'X' & 'Y' Posts | Indian Air Force Recruitment 2015 - Recruitment Rally at Rajkot (Gujarat)

Indian Air Force is going to conduct a recruitment rally for Group ‘Y’ & ‘X’ Trades at Police Headquarters, Rajkot (Near Race Course Garden), Gujarat from 04.06.2015 to 08.06.2015. Eligible candidates who fulfil all eligibility criteria can appear in recruitment rally on above mentioned dates.

Educational Qualification :

(a) For Group ‘X’ (Technical) Trades.Passed Intermediate / 10+2 / Equivalent Examination with Mathematics, Physics and English, with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English.
OR

Passed Three years Diploma Course in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Automobile / Computer Science /Instrumentation Technology / Information Technology) from a Government recognized Polytechnic Institute with 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English in Diploma Course or in Intermediate / Matriculation, if English is not a subject in Diploma Course.(b) Group ‘Y’ Trade

Passed Intermediate / 10+2 / Equivalent Examination in any stream/subjects approved by Central/State Education Boards with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English.

OR

Passed Two year Vocational Course affiliated/recognised by CBSE / State Education Boards / Councils duly recognised at par with 10+2 by Association of Indian Universities (AIU) with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English in Vocational Course or in Intermediate/Matriculation if English is not a subject in Vocational Course.

Age Limit : Candidates age should not be more than 21 years. (Candidates should be born between 01.08.1995 to 30.11.1998)

Pay Salce :

Group ‘X’ (Technical) Trades : Rs. 24,900/- per month.
Group ‘Y’ Trades : Rs. 20,500/- per month.

Selection Process : Eligible candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in Written Test, PFT (Physical Fitness Test), Interview & Medical Fitness Test.

The Recruitment Test will be conducted from 7 AM onwards as per the details given below. Candidates (from respective Districts covered below) reporting up to 10 AM on 04 & 06 June 2015 at the Rally Venue will only be permitted to appear in the Recruitment Test.
