SAIL (Steel Authority of
India Ltd.) issued a recruitment notification for 100 Posts of Junior Assistant
(Trainee) for manning its offices at various locations across the country.

- Name of the Post : Jr. Assistant Trainee
- Total No. of Posts : 100 Posts (UR – 50, SC – 16, ST – 6, OBC – 28)
- Educational Qualification : Candidates must have graduation (full time degree course) in any discipline from a recognized university with minimum 55% marks (45% for SC/ST/ST/PWD candidates) with diploma in computer application of minimum 1 year duration with proficiency in MS Office package and Minimum Typing speed on PC in English of 40 Words per minute for general category and 30 words per minute for reserved category.
- Age Limit : Candidates age should be between 18 to 28 years as on 01.03.2015.
- Application Fees : Candidates of General/OBC category have to pay Rs. 250/- . SC/ST/PWD candidates are exempted from payment of fees.
- Selection Process : Candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in Written Test, Computer Skill Test, Typing Test & Interview.
