- Educational Qualification : Candidates should have passed the written and practical parts of the final M.B.B.S. Examination. (A candidate who has appeared or has yet to appear at the final M.B.B.S. Examination may also apply.
- Age Limit : Candidates age should be 32 years as on 01.01.2015
- Application Fees : Candidates have to pay Rs. 200/- (UR), (Candidates belonging to SC/ST/Female/PH are exempted from payment of fee)
- How to apply : Candidates are required to apply online by using the website www.upsconline.nic.in
- Last Date of Application : 10.04.2015 till 11.59 pm after which the link will be disabled.
