Andhra Pradesh Revenue Department has
issued notification for the recruitment of 1657  VRO (Village Revenue Officers) and 4305 VRO (Village Revenue
Assistant) vacancies through District Selection Committee. Eligible candidates who fulfill all eligibility criteria can apply online from 28.12.2013 to 13.01.2014

Age Limit: Candidates age should be above 18 years and below 36 years for VRO Posts and above 18 years and below 37 years for VRA Postsas on as on the 1st day of July of the year in which the notification for selection is made. Relaxation is applicable upto 5 years
in case of candidates belonging to SC/ ST or BCs, 10 years for Physically Handicapped Persons and 3 years for Ex-Serviceman.

Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed Intermediate Examination conducted by the Andhra Pradesh State Board of Intermediate
Examination or its equivalent for VRO Posts and passed SSC (10th Class) Examination conducted by the Andhra
Pradesh State Board of Secondary Education or its equivalent for VRA Posts.

Selection Process: Selection of candidates is based on Objective Type Written Test for 100 Marks at SSC Level
(For VRA Posts), Intermediate Level (For VRO Posts). Question Paper will be in Telugu, Elglish & Urdu Medium.

Fee: Rs. 300/- (Rs.150/- for SC/ ST Candidates) at any of the E-Seva/ Mee
– Seva/ AP online centres/ through web portal of CGG and acknowledgement be obtained by paying only specified amount. A service charge of Rs. 20/- shall be paid to the service providers. No Fee applicable to the applicants belonging to PH category. Candidates pay the application fee from 28-12-2013 to 12-01-2014.
