Board of School Education Haryana issued Online Registration (Enrolment) Dates for Class IX , Class XI and Pre-Engineering Classes for the session 2013-14. Board issued all important instructions about this on the official website of the Board. Important Dates
related to Enrolment are as under: -
Without Late fee
With Late fee of Rs. 50/- Per Student
With Late fee of Rs. 500/- Per Student
With Late fee of Rs. 1000/- Per Student
With Late fee of Rs. 2000/- Per Student

Important Instructions related to online process of registration in case of students for enrolment that are issued by the board are as under:-

  • School shall use previous user I.D and Password already allotted to the institute for login.

  • Change of password is compulsory to move ahead.

  • Enter your institute’s official Email to verify your account.

  • Open your Email and click on verification link in the email which has sent by BSEH.

  • Now login with your new credential which has been sent to your verified email as well.

  • Profile of your institute will appear, update your institute detail. Now you are on the Home page of your institute.

  • Select the option for enrolment of students class wise. The option for enrolment class wise will be found enabled as per the affiliation of the institute (in case of Private institution)

  • As per the option exercised for enrolment for a particular class, fill up the details of the students as per the space made available in the Enrolment No.

  • After filling up the particulars of the eligible students and verifying the filled up data. Final submission is to be completed. Any addition, Deletion and Modification can be made only before final submission.

  • Enrolment Fee Details will be reflected automatically in the Challan Proforma at the time of challan generation.

  • Take the print out of the challan proforma and deposit the fee as shown in the challan proforma in HDFC/PNB

  • After Depositing the fee in Bank, go to the “Generate challan” section again and click on “submit challan button with respective lot No. Upload  the scan copy of challan and fill the required field.

  • Take the final print out of the total students finally registered online for enrolment. One copy of the list duly certified by the Head of the Institution along with the paid fee-challan duly stamped by the Bank and other document are to be sent to the Assistant Secretary (Enrolment Branch), Board of School Education, Haryana Bhiwani and the second copy of the list is to be kept as the office copy in the custody of the Head of the Institution.

  • List of the students registered for enrolment can be deposited at D.C.Cs situated at District Headquarters or can be sent to Board by post/by hand.

  • Please visit the Board’s website regularly for latest updates, important SMS will be flashed by Board from time to time whenever needed.

  • In case of any difficulty/clarification, assistant secretary (Enrolment Branch) of the board may be contacted for assistant/help.

  • The important Directions regarding eligibility condition and other instruction for enrolment will be available at the time of login by the head of the institution.

  • Enrolment No. of eligible students will be generated by Board at a late stage and then will be made available online for downloading and printing subsequently in due course of time.
