• Age Limit : Candidates age should be between 21 to 40 years as on 01.07.2013. Age Relaxation is applicable as per rules.

• Educational Qualification: Candidates must pass any Degree with D.Ed/B.Ed (Special Education) or B.Ed, must be qualified in Uttarakhand TET (Teachers Eligibility Test).

• Application Fee: Candidates has to pay Rs. 500/- for General & Rs.250/- for SC/ ST candidates through Bank Draft in nationalized bank in favour of Additional

Director, State Educational Research and Training Council Uttarakhand, Dehradun. Physically handicapped applicants are exempted from the fee.
